Adam Searles[Biography] [Pictures]
Adam Searles was born in 1982, and studied at the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London. He played the part of Gavroche in the London production of Les Misérables (1992-1995), and also played the part in the Les Misérables Tenth Anniversary Concert (1995).
Adam has also played the Artful Dodger in Oliver! (London Palladium, 1994), and appeared in Whistle Down the Wind (Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sydmonton Festival, 1995).
His TV credits include the BBC productions Kevin’s Cousins, The Science Challenge, The Secret Agent, Space Vets, Dodgem, Men of the World and The Little Alan Show. He also appeared in The Bill and Hale and Place, as well as the movie B & B (1992). In 1998 he reprised his part of the Artful Dodger for the TV special Hey, Mr Producer.
Adam’s more recent acting credits include the TV movies Sex 'n' Death (1999) and Goodbye, Mr Steadman (2001), and guest star appearances in Teachers (2001) and Casualty (2001). In 2000 Adam once again appeared in an episode of The Bill.
