On July 9, 2008, I went to see Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Adelphi Theatre in London. I've seen the dvd version with Donny Osmond and Maria Friedman a lot of times and really love it, so it was cool to see a live production of this musical.

Lee Mead played the part of Joseph and was VERY popular with the audience. Quite the superstar, which might be because he got the part through the reality show "Any Dream Will Do". He did do a great job as Joseph!

Jenna Lee-James as the narrator was really wonderful! I liked her a lot! I also thought Dean Collinson was really funny as Pharaoh!

The stage decorations were really cool! I felt rather bad for the children who had to be on stage pretty much the entire time. They seemed to get really bored at times - and who can blame them.

This is a really good musical, and I enjoyed seeing it. The only bad thing was that some people in the audience were pretty annoying. Especially the kids sitting behind us who are loud through the entire show. VERY annoying.
